Imagine, 45-50 years ago, a school where you could study in English! When I saw the campus, my admiration increased many times over. Marvellous buildings built with American Marshall aid... There are all kinds of materials in the laboratories. There is a giant library. I was very happy because my chemistry, physics and biology classes were very good at the trial high school. I benefited a lot from studying chemistry, physics and mathematics in my cooking career. I could translate many measurements such as litres, millilitres and milligrams in foreign recipes. I think I studied chemistry to become a cook. Because food is also chemistry and alchemy. That%u2019s why I mix well and make delicious dishes.
