These systems are typically designed to release active substances continuously and controllably via a patch applied to the skin. In recent years, advancements in transdermal patch technology have enabled the development of various materials and application strategies. In particular, polyurethane (PU)-based materials play a significant role in the design of transdermal systems [1,2].PU is a preferred material for the production of transdermal patches due to its properties such as high flexibility, durability, and biocompatibility. The use of this material has enabled the development of various strategies to optimize the patches' compatibility with the skin and drug release.
