What are your assessments for 2024, and what are your goals for the coming period? Where do you stand with your targets?We are on track to meet our targets, despite the current global challenges. Historically, we have managed to navigate through crises effectively, transforming these situations into opportunities for growth. For example, although the pandemic disrupted supply chains in unprecedented ways, we emerged with commendable results. Therefore, I am very optimistic about the future. That is why we have never given up on the projects we have created in our minds and the projections we have made about the future plan, and we never will, because we are also a company that believes in this country, its future and its potential. Of course, we will also continue to invest abroad. Teknik Kimya will be where it wants to be in the future. Therefore, I believe that 2025 will also be a good year.Anything you would like to add?We are a team of a hundred people with young potential, the average age of our senior managers is around 40. Therefore, we have many young friends among us. We are a company that employs people from universities, likes to train people and invests in people. We also have friends who grew up at Teknik Kimya, some of whom are still with us, some of whom work in other companies in different fields. Apart from that, we are a company with low employee turnover and we prefer to establish long-term contracts with our employees. We have seen the benefits of this in many areas. At the same time, we are also a company that never wants to completely lose its family business structure, so we are a company that wants to preserve that amateur spirit, albeit very little, rather than aiming for one hundred percent institutionalization. This makes it possible for us to rejoice in good times and feel the pain from time to time in bad times.
